Regione Lombardia
In 2005 Regione Lombardia contacted us for the development of a project that would allow the realization of a register of heating systems. The project was realized by focussing on the verticalisation of an I.Ter. product, marketed and distributed by Vestasoft S.r.l., a company held by Ad Hoc Sistemi and specialized in heating systems. After the first test in 2006, and the involvement of all the provincial administrations and municipalities with over 45.000 inhabitants, in 2007 the software was made available to all the local authorities in order to load their data.
In January 2008, after Regione Lombardia passed a law on heating systems, the CURIT portal (Catasto Unico Regionale Impianti Termici –Sole Regional Register for Heating Systems) was established, using the I.Ter software in web mode, heating system maintenance workers and administrators of apartment buildings can register and enter the statements that systems have been checked, automatically, fulfilling all legal requirements.
In order to further improve bureaucratic procedures, an electronic portfolio was established, which interfaces with Lottomatica and Sisal systems, so that maintenance workers and administrators of apartment buildings can pay the regional contribution.
Today 7.500 maintenance men, 2.500 administrators of apartment buildings, 200 service centre use our software, and 3.000.000 heating systems have been registered.
This successful project has been completed on time and the costs have not exceeded the quotation, this confirms the high quality of Ad Hoc Sistemi.
