Luca Bellini
Co-founder of Ad Hoc Sistemi. He was born in 1958 and holds a magna cum laude degree honours in Information Science from Pisa University. He was head of Logistics Systems at Mondadori in Verona from 1988 until 1991; From 1991 to 1995 he was head of software development at Belleli in Mantua. Since 1995 he has been a consultant in the design, creation and implementation of Information Technology for Fratelli Carli. He has extensive experience in managing projects concerning analysis, development, installation and reengineering systems in the industrial and financial areas of companies such as Credit Agricole Indosuez, BNL Multiservice, Banca Popolare di Verona, Banca Agricola Mantovana. In 2005 he and his team designed and realized a complementary, fully Web Based ERP in Open Source. At Ad Hoc Sistemi he deals with the financial aspects and with Open Source projects.
Michele Zerbinati He is co-founder and Chairman of Ad Hoc Sistemi. Born in 1957, he holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Bologna University. He worked in logistics for the Belleli group in Mantua where, in a short time he became head of the development group, dealing with the entire projects/purchases and warehouse sector. He then worked as Systems Engineer for Computer Associates. He was then IT manager for the SIS group of Cavriana where he improved his skills in production of schedule bases with variations. In 1995 he decided to work freelance and he worked for Fratelli Carli in Imperia and for Gabbiano in Mantua where he completed his training on sales problems (in particular in the field of large retailing). At Ad Hoc Sistemi he is the manager of internal projects and of product development.
Nazareno Barbieri Co-founder of Ad Hoc Sistemi. He started working in 1985 at Banca Agricola Mantovana, where he gained experience in the area of mainframe (MVS/CICS/Cobol II/DB2) which he extended at large companies such as Arnoldo Mondadori Editore and Glaxo in Verona. In 1994 he started working with Glaxo and extended his skills on Oracle database/development environments, specialising in this. The experience gained in the pharmaceutical industry led him, in 1995, to develop a software which can manage the pharmacy competition tenders for pharmaceuticals and drugs (Gap). To this day this is still used by the most important pharmaceutical companies in the sector. In 1999 he started collaborating with the R&D department of Glaxo Wellcome, which then became GSK, becoming Technical Leader in the realization of world-wide projects in pharmaceutical research. At Ad Hoc Sistemi he deals with technological and developmental aspects in JAVA and .NET.
Ugo Bianchi He is co-founder of Ad Hoc Sistemi. Born in 1961, he holds a degree in Information Science from Pisa University, with a thesis on decoding programmes/compilers. The results were published in international magazines. He trained in logistics and customer accounts at Mondadori in Verona, and then moved to Belleli in Mantua where he was responsible for development projects in client-server environments integrated with main frames. He has been a consultant since 1997 and works in the design and development of vertical systems for various areas: Gabbiano S.p.A., Mantova Municipal Council, BNL Multiservizi, Banca Agricola Mantovana. In his capacity as project manager and as specialist , he has achieved various projects such as the computerization of IDR Villa al Lago, the management of competition tenders of Bracco and Bio-Rad and the management of data collection for a research project on autism for the Smith-Kline Foundation. He became greatly experienced in the design and development of simple and relational databases and for this reason he is placing his skills at the disposal of AirLiquide Welding for the development of a Datawarehouse. At Ad Hoc Sistemi he deals with the integration of systems and the management of vertical and research projects.
