Gabbiano SpA has decided to replace the hardware and software supports used in sales because those used limited the efficiency of employees.
After choosing the terminals more responsive to customer needs, was created software to manage more effectively and efficiently the collecting orders, the returns management and the organization of deliveries.
This software is integrated with CRM in use by the customer.
The reorganization of this process has enabled a significant reduction in processing time of data made available to each merchandiser.
The systems were developed using C#, .NET database and Android on Oracle.
